Indemat ops for cutting-edge techonology and enhances its capacity with a new waterject cutting machine

Indemat has recently obtained a new Omax waterjet cutting machine, which is fully programmable and allows you to cut on five axes. It is able to process 3D files such as Solidworks, Catia and Tebis, among others.

The waterjet cutting process is a mechanised industrial process able to cut any kind of material precisely and accurately, without harming its properties. With this new machine, Indemat is able to enhance its production capacity and improve the efficiency of the process. The machine can be used to cut all kinds of materials:

– Wood

– Metal

– Composite

– Glass

– Foam

The new machine operates to a tolerance of +- 0.076mm and cuts thicknesses of up to 300mm. Measuring 6,200mm x 3,000mm, the machine can be extended along the X-axis.

As well as using the Omax waterjet cutting system in our production processes, at Indemat we also cut pieces upon request from our customers. Customers can choose between using our materials or supplying their own.

Indemat achieves the certficaction “Innovative SME” until 2022

The Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness (Mineco) has granted the seal of “Innovative SME” to the company Indemat S.L. (Research and Development of Technological Materials).

INDEMAT, a company specializing in the research and development of technological materials, specializes in the production of molds and the manufacture of pieces in established composite materials.

The certification “Innovative SME”, has a validity of three years, is an acknowledgment that the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness grants to companies with innovative character, that meet a series of requirements, to be able to establish a public policy that helps their growth and sustainability.

Indemat renews the regitration of its carbon footprint

Indemat obtains the “Calculus” certification of the Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica faced the spanish office of climate change by register its carbon footprint.

Indemat, the enterprise of investigation and development of materials placed in Villavaquerín (Valladolid) has recently got the stamp which certificates its environmental commitment to calculate and reduce carbon footprint. The Ministerio de para la transición Ecológica is the Institution responsible of give this certificate which reflects the obligation between enterprises and environment. The Carbon Footprint Certificate has three sections –Calculation, Reduction and Compensation-. Each one of these confirms the level of commitment to the climate change and global warming. In addition the obtaining of this first section Calculation, Indemat is waiting to receive the stamp that proves its commitment with the reduction of the carbon footprint, the second section of this certificate Reduction and on the way to certificate the section Compensation which means the verification of the three sections and, therefore, the guarantee of doing our utmost to preserve the environment.
